Help kids learn another language
The famous Gallup Poll states that one in every four American can carry a reasonable conversation in another language. You may think that is a good achievement. Unfortunately, compared to the rest of the world, U.S. has the lowest level of bilingualism in the world. Ever increase complex web of the world, our children should learn other languages in order to compete with the rest of the world now and in the future.
Considering what areas will have more job opportunities in the future, the area of foreign languages is in the top ten. Kids who are learning a foreign language could give them a leg up when it comes to test scores. Having the ability to communicate with another language broaden the knowledge of kids more than those who are unable to speak another language. Learning another language at a very young age help kids to develop problem solving skills, improve memory and cognitive health, solve problems easier and faster compared to non-bilingual kids, and broaden their horizons. Consider learning Spanish, there are 300 million people in the world who speak Spanish. Similarly, learning Mandarin will expose your kid to more than 900 million who speak Mandarin including those in mainland China.
